Tell us which product you would like to experience when you book your showroom visit. Our team will confirm availability, the experience and what to bring.
What should I bring to a showroom visit?
Bring room measurements, photos or plans, and any products you have saved to your shortlist. You do not need to have made your choices before visiting.
Where can I find product sizes and technical drawings?
Available measurements appear in the product page’s Size row. Use “Technical drawings” to open the available reference. Where information is missing, use “Got a question?” and include the exact product code before planning installation.
How should I clean my tap, or find a replacement part?
Follow the care instructions for your exact product and finish. For a replacement part, gather the product code and photographs before enquiring. Our product care and spare-parts page explains what to send and how to contact the team.
How do I check which parts I need?
Check the product’s included items and installation information. WC systems, concealed mixers and wellness products may need additional components. Share the exact product code and your installer’s requirements with our team. Our buying guides explain the main choices.
Can I see products in 3D or watch a video?
Selected products have a video or 3D icon on their collection card. Open the product and choose Video or 3D / AR above the gallery. AR needs a compatible device. Manufacturer range films may show several models or finishes; check the specifications for your selection.
