PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Jaquar Midlands offers a 7-day return policy. This means that, following the receipt of your item, you have a period of 7 days to request a return if it meets the conditions mentioned below.
- Contact us via chat, phone or email within 7 days if you wish to return your order.
- Items returned to us without prior request for a return will not be accepted.
- If upon inspection, the returned items are found to be damaged and not under warranty, we won't be able to process your return.
- On part of the return policy, a 35% re-stocking charges (including shipping) will apply to all products.
- Returns are limited for MTO (Made To Order) Products. Made-to-order products are personalised and manufactured based on specific customer requirements. As such, these items cannot be resold or restocked, which is why we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once fabrication has begun.We encourage you to carefully review all details of your order before confirming, including dimensions, features, and finishes.
- Should you wish to cancel an order, we kindly ask you to get in touch with our customer service team via email or phone at the earliest opportunity to evade any charges associated with return shipping.
- If the order has been cancelled after the items have already been shipped, our 7-Day Return Policy will be applicable, and the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-stocking.
- We urge you to inspect your order upon delivery and get in touch within 24 hours if the item is damaged, defective, or if you have received the incorrect item. If it is damaged, you are entitled to either a refund or a replacement.
- Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically onto your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
DELIVERY / SHIPPING POLICY
The delivery time and charge will depend on the locations and time of order.
- Delivery will be arranged within 48 hours if the order is place before 12 PM on business days based on the availability of the product
- For all MOT (Made to Order) and non-available products, time of delivery if be informed via phone or email.
- Free of charge delivery for invoice value greater than £250 (before VAT).
- Anything under £250 (before VAT) invoice value shall attract £20 delivery charge.
As soon as you've placed your order, you'll get a confirmation email from us about the delivery schedule and charges, if any. The dispatch team will then contact you to arrange a convenient time and date to receive your order.
TERMS OF WARRANTY
All the products are covered by standard Manufacturer Warranty and services. Please retain the invoice for claiming the Warranty.
