Free UK delivery
Orders over £250 inc. VAT are delivered free throughout the UK. Orders of £250 or less are charged £14.95 P&P inc. VAT, charged once per order. An order of exactly £250 is charged £14.95, not free. These rates include Northern Ireland and the Scottish islands.
When to expect your order
UK mainland: 48-hour delivery from the next working day (weekends are not counted). Delivery timing to non-mainland addresses may vary. Contact our showroom to confirm arrangements for your selected products and delivery address before booking an installer.
Smaller orders and other destinations
The UK rates above apply to the whole of the UK, including Northern Ireland and the Scottish islands. The Isle of Man and Channel Islands are outside the UK and are not covered by these rates; contact us for a delivery quote before ordering.
Large products and installation
For baths, spas, saunas and steam systems, tell us about doorways, steps and site access before ordering. Delivery is separate from installation and electrical connection. Confirm any lifting, positioning or commissioning requirements and their costs with the team.
