Shipping Policy

Delivery times and charges may vary depending on the location and time of order.

1. Delivery will be arranged within 48 hours if the order is placed before 12:00 PM on business days, subject to product availability.
   
   

2. For Made-to-Order (MTO) or currently unavailable products, the estimated delivery time will be communicated via phone or email.
   
   

3. Free delivery is available for orders with an invoice value greater than £250 (before VAT).
   
   

4. Orders with an invoice value below £250 (before VAT) will incur a £20 delivery charge.
   

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the delivery schedule and any applicable charges. Our dispatch team will contact you to arrange a convenient date and time for delivery.
